I've been collecting underground music since the early 80's and been djing for almost 25 years, my influences have moved through electro,dub,early hip hop,acid house,detroit techno n dirty funk as i'm a dirty little funker myself.
My music has taken me to many places in the last 15 years including the U.S.A. for OUTSIDE,ELM,FUEL/SCHEMATICS and ELECTRO ALLIANCE. BELGIUM for PLEXIPHONIC. GERMANY for DELICAT, DUBLIN ELECTRONIC ARTS FESTIVAL,FRANCE for my own parties THE FUTURE, as well as ATHENS in GREECE,BUDAPEST in HUNGARY for the ELECTRO BASS PIMPS and the ARTMIX FESTIVAL in PORTUGAL and all over the U.K. Also I have,and still do,play at various festivals including GLASTONBURY,BLOC WEEKEND,SHAMBALA,DROP BEATS NOT BOMBS and various others.
1995 saw my first music release under the guise of 3 Elements on my own Analogique label, which subsequently ran until 1998, releasing Electro and soulful Techno,and a dj residency at the legendary HEART AND SOUL parties in LONDON.
In 1996 i became a music buyer for the now infamous IQ record store in LONDON. The store subsequently became a Mecca for underground electronicia. Two years later I hooked up with the OUTSIDE RECORDS contingent and these encounters subsequently helped secure future DJ tours and an artistic partnership which has lasted ever since. 1998 also saw me holding down a number of residencies at TECHNOLOGY, SUB TERRAIN, ELECTRIC KINGDOM and ARTHROB in LONDON. I also organised parties for IQ RECORDS in an old theatre in Londons West End and promoted several three day parties in a 17th century chateau in Normandy, France under the name THE FUTURE as well as providing the music for an advert animated by MANGA.
1999 saw the sad demise of IQ RECORDS, so I decided to set up PYRAMID - a small Soho record shop dedicated to Electro, IDM and Electronica. The following year saw the creation of the PYRAMID TRANSMISSIONS imprint with label partner John Cranmer(PATHIC). We soon started collaborating together on tracks and i also began a long line of productions with Jeff Nagel and fellow Outside artists.
Since 2000 I have held down DJ residences at PERVERTED SCIENCE alongside THE SCRATCH PERVERTS, SCAND(with CULTEK) and WANG in LONDON, GLITCH in BIRMINGHAM, UFO in PLYMOUTH and played alongside PLAID,CARL FINLOW(SILICON SCALLY/VOICE STEALER),ANDREA PARKER,ROB HALL(SKAM/GESCOM),PHOENICIA,TIPPER,DERRICK MAY,ANTHONY ROTHER,BEN MILSTEIN to name but a few.
In terms of production, I have been busy releasing tracks on labels such as ANALOGIQUE, DISTRICT SIX, MILLENIUM, OUTSIDE, TOUCHIN BASS, Ai,WANDERING SOUL, OPEN MIND, MINIMAL SOUL,CULTIVATED ELECTRONICS,BASE LOGIC,INTERAKT and PYRAMID TRANSMISSIONS as ADJ,3 ELEMENTS,IX,ANDROID,SIRIUS 3 with PATHIC,ART MECHANICAL with JUNQ and C.C.U.N.T.S. with SPYTEK and perform live sets in venues across LONDON and the UK and beyond... and had my music played on various radio stations with the support of NICK LUSCOMBE(XFM/RESONANCE),ANNIE NIGHTINGALE/MARIANNE HOBBS(RADIO 1) and the late great and irreplaceable JOHN PEEL whom myself and thousands of other underground artists will be eternally grateful to for supporting underground music for so many years.
Our label PYRAMID TRANSMISSIONS is also now serving up digital releases on our own website and on I TUNES,TRACKITDOWN,JUNO,ADDITECH and BEATPORT.
After a year of havin this site and doin nothing with it due to bein a stoner n makin music instead of bein on the internet i will now regularly upload trax from my freaky repertoire whether old or new fo yo to listen to and any comments are welcome except for the one about my music sounding like a strangled cat fallin down the stairs with a drum kit cos i've heard that one!!!!
As for the future i'm gonna grow old disgracefully and keep makin n playin underground music cos it's the spirit of freedom n the powers that be can never take that from us EMPOWER YOURSELF PEACE LOVE N MARMITE ADJ
