   About Adobe Road
The rock quartet Adobe Road has its roots in New York, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. High school bandmates A.J. Fisher (guitar and vocals) and Brian Liebl (bass) attended Ithaca College and Cornell University (respectively) in Ithaca, NY, and sought to continue playing music together in college. A.J. met drummer Geoff Raywood and guitarist Bryant Kuehner through the IC Honors Program, which so far has been the most helpful thing the program has done for them. After A.J. and Liebl had jammed with various other students during the fall semester of 2006, they began jamming with Geoff, and in the following semester included Bryant in the new rock group. A.J. and Bryant shared many aspects in their approach writing rock music, so they began collaborating regularly to produce a number of songs, most of which have continued evolving over the past year. The sound of the band has morphed from more traditional blues-rock as inspired by Jimi Hendrix and down-home style rock such as that of Neil Young to steel-edged riffs and harder rocking songs then they had played before. The boys of Adobe Road have performed with consistent quality of musicianship in a number of bars and clubs in the Ithaca area, including the Nines, the Haunt, and the Rongo in Trumansburg, as well as performing for the students of both of Ithaca's colleges. In April of 2007 they opened for The Council, an acid-blues UK band that has been praised as "the only band that matters in London," for a packed house at the Nines. Later that semester, they recorded a two-song demo with sound recording student Mike Caporizzo, who continues to consult with the band for future projects together. Adobe Road also appeared on ICTV's "Beyond the Chords" early in 2008. Alex Cano took over for Geoff in 2009, when Geoff took off for a semester in Ireland.

Hey guys, sick demo tracks. I like adam and amy a lot.

Geoff mentioned that you guys play a cover of Over. I'd be interested to hear it because it doesn't seem to match the sound on this page.

Seriously though, nice demo.
