The Adonia String Trio offers elegant string music for any wedding or event. Our repertoire includes all styles of music, from classical to broadway, pop, and beyond--we are world-renowned for our work with Glass Hammer, a legendary progressive rock band. The trio features three classically trained, professional musicians who have been playing together in Chattanooga for five years. All three musicians are involved in the Chattanooga Symphony. To the Adonia String Trio thanks so much! It is so wonderful that you have had a chance to play my trios in concert. I hope they continue to serve you well. I have more coming down the pike as well including In The Summertime that has not been recorded yet. I had a great trip to California in August. My Symphony No. 1 premiere was successful in Santa Cruz. (Read my blog about the premiere...) Just a crazy time! And my String Conference was so well attended again in San Diego, students of all ages, levels and styles. I hope all is well in your musical world. It is nice to know that this community on MySpace is doing what we can to make it happen with the musical notes out there! I have heard from folks all around world . The Adonia String Trio folks, thanks for getting in touch too. I have been writing for string trios for a long time. Let me know if you want to play some of the repertoire. My new Appalachia Waltz Trio is really doing very well with this format, headed for an Aspen Festival concert in a couple of weeks. And speaking of strings, I am heading out to California next week for my String Conference and I am going to check in on my Symphony No. 1 premiere out in Santa Cruz... Hoping for the best!
