    While we always welcome monetary donations, there are many other ways you can donate! You could buy a bag of dog food, donate new or gently used pet items, or even just donate your time by helping with volunteer tasks and activities.

    We are in desperate need of foster homes! Some people think this means they have to pay for all the costs associated with the animals they take into their care. This is a misconception! We will cover all vet costs, all you need provide is a loving home, and a bit of food. We will even try to help with the food costs when donations allow.

    Despite there being a ban on commercial whaling, Right now the Japanese whaling fleet are in the southern ocean whale sanctuary, where they plan on slaughtering 935 minke and 50 endangered fin whales, Goverments of the world are not doing enough if anything to stop this, I urge people to boycott Japan and please sign petitions and write to Japanese embassies around the world to put pressure on the Japanese Govt, as well as your own govt. Whaling is totally unnecessary, barbaric and cruel, whaling needs to end today!!

    Recently, the Northern Territory government announced plans to kill 3000 camels by means of aerial shooting in the township of Docker River.
    Thirsty and in search of water, the camels converged on the community of Docker River. Instead of assisting the community by building barriers to keep the camels out of the township and investing in long term solutions such as research into birth control or the construction of a manmade waterhole for the camels to drink from, the government are planning to herd the animals away from the town, shoot them and leave their bodies to rot.


    Despite the outrage of thousands of concerned people from around the world, the Northern Territory government has given the green light for the cull to go ahead and thousands of scared camels are now being annihilated by marksmen from helicopters.

    HOW COULD ANYONE DOUBT GOD CARES

    I look at the moon, what do I see
    I see Gods love reflected at me.
    Each little star, twinkles to his decree
    Father, how could anyone doubt Thee?

    I look at the sun shining today
    And I know God always makes a way.
    I watch the children happy at play

    Thanks so much for the add and supporting my music.

    Adopting my two cats from a shelter was the best thing I ever did, keep up the awesome work, you completely have my support!
    I'm an Aussie Singer/Songwriter about to release my debut independent album 'Ladybug' featuring the song Blackbird which I wrote as a tribute to all animals on our planet and the amazing life lessons they can teach us when we respect and appreciate them.

About me:

Animal Rescue Center of Bay County, Inc.

"Saving those that others have abandoned."

ARC of Bay County, Florida is a local Panama City organization trying to save the lives of the animals abandoned daily in our shelters. Many of these animals are abandoned due to no fault of their own and deserve a second chance at life. That is what ARC is trying to give them.

We are an all foster based, 100% volunteer rescue. Living in foster homes means that our animals are part of the family, while we find their forever homes. They are kept up-to-date on their shots, flea and heartworm medicines while they're in our care.

Lil Mama is Lil Miss Independent!
Lil Mama is Little Miss Independant. She loves to play with toys and is a very sweet kitty. She will get in your lap sometimes, but she's not an everyday lap cat. She sleeps at the foot of the bed and will sometimes cuddle up with you in the bed. This pretty little girl does good with other cats and small dogs (not so good with large dogs). We think she'll be good around children, but have never had her around them. She's about 2 years old.

Oliver is the sweetest cat you'll ever meet!
This is the sweetest cat you will ever meet. He cuddles and plays and sleeps with you. Oliver is a lap kitty and a big baby. He doesn't bother anything or get into things and he is very passive with the other cats and the dogs. His nickname is "Sweet Sweet" because he's such the sweetest kitty. He's shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he loves you. This sweetheart is about 2 years and does great with dogs and cats. We think he would be good around kids, but haven't had him around them.


Shep loves to run & play! Shep is a happy boy who was born in approximately January of 2009. He loves people and dogs and has a grand time playing with both. This guy would be the perfect companion for runs on the beach, hikes and anyone who wants company on their next adventure.

Buddy
Buddy is a 2 year old sweetheart! He gets along with other dogs, but doesn't like cats. We're not sure how he is around children. Buddy thinks he's a lap dog and loves to be with his foster mom. We're not quite sure what type of dog Buddy is. He weighs in at about 25 pounds. He's short and stocky and very adorable!
