General Welcome to Adoption Horizons, a non-profit, community-based adoption agency licensed to conduct home studies, provide adoptive parent education and facilitation, and complete state required post-placement services. We offer a variety of domestic and international programs and services to families considering adoption.

Join us Saturday and Sunday at the Elk Grove Western Festival. We will be selling strawberry smoothies and strawberry cheesecake to raise funds for Meg"s Place.

Meg"s place will be a safe haven for young pregnant women in crisis. Megan Rountree loved to live and lived to give. In her short life of 18 years she encouraged random acts of kindness. Her energetic spirit remains to inspire others to continue her legacy.
