Um i actually talked to my Public Defender and she said the cops were supposed to ask me/tell me if they could search my car and they didnt. so i might be able to get my case dropped.
Im not to sure what i have to do yet. I got to court on July, 6th. They've said i could get 1 year in jail, or 1000 fee. But im also trying to see if i can go in and testifi aginst him.
On april.1.09 My X Jesse asked me to come get him and take him somewhere. I was like ya sure i can do that. I knew what he was up to with the pills but he was just sapposed to get out of my car and i was to go on my way. I pulled into 7-11 in Jensen and got swarmed by cops. My car was searched he was charged with trafficing and because i said i didnt know anything i was charged with possesion of his pot.
I'll let you know when I know. Im taking summer classes and they end july 31st. So I'll have 4 weeks off in August before the fall semester starts. I'll prolably come down for a week or something then. But Im sure I'll be down for a weekend visit afew times before that.
