Sometimes a girl just needs some time to herself. Such was the case when I told the band that I needed a break from gigs so I could write songs for the new CD. We called it a "hiatus." It was supposed to be 2 months. But "hiatus" was even more lovely than it sounded. Relaxing. Liberating. Ahhhh....
So now it's been over two years and what's left of the ASB (Todd Prose and Dave Sampson) are still asking me why the heck "hiatus" is taking so long. I don't have a clear answer for that, but I swear it's all good. So good that I'm pretty sure the new record is going to be called All the Good Stuff.
I hope to share it with you soon.

From 2001 to 2007, Adrianne Serna self-released and sold thousands of her two full-length CDs (Another Day in America and Time and Place) and spent her time performing at festivals, clubs, and cafés throughout the San Francisco area as well as down the West Coast. Her songs have been featured on many radio stations including Northern California’s KRSH, Tucson's KXCI, Cleveland's WRUW, Honolulu's KTUH, Arkansas' KASU, and Maine’s WMHB.
