About me:
My name is Adrienne Kress, and I am an author and an actress. I am working rather decently away at the whole acting thing. However, my children's novel (for the fabulous ages 8 - 12, okay and anyone else who like me really likes children's literature) is being published by Scholastic UK and Weinstein Books in the States, fall 2007.
In the states and Canada it is coming out in September, and will be called . . . Alex and the Ironic Gentleman . . . In the UK it is coming out August 6 (two weeks after the last Harry Potter) and will be called . . . Alex and the Wigpowder Treasure. Yes I know, two titles, how difficult do you have to be Adrienne? Well those of you who know me, would know that the answer to that would be "Very".
As it stands, my website, AdrienneKress.com is still devoted to my acting (though the author portion will be coming quite soon), but I do have a most sensational blog documenting my road to publication, which to be honest has been a rather trippy experience so far.
