We are committed to building and developing our students to become the best they can possibly be. As students train to become Black Belt Champions, they will experience progress, growth and change in the dojo (karate school) and in many areas of their lives. Many students have reported to us that the increased level of physical fitness and the confidence they’ve gained through their Martial Arts experience has allowed them to perform better at work, in school and at home. We hope that you will find our staff of Black Belt instructors and Instructor Trainees to be a very positive influence in your life. At Advanced Tae Kwon Do we strengthen the mind, body and soul. We believe in developing positive role models in and for the community. We show our students that Martial Arts is more than just kicking and punching. Martial Arts is more about developing life skills such as focus, self control, self discipline, responsibility, honor, respect, courage and physical fitness. Our objective is to provide our students with high quality Martial Arts instruction in a positive, safe and encouraging environment. We teach our students Stranger Danger and Bully Danger. We know that every student has to be aware of real world danger. Our innovative teaching methods and unique curriculum are designed to allow them to learn in a step-by-step fashion. Over the course of their training, they will gradually be exposed to a variety of extremely effective blocks, strikes and self-defense techniques that will give them confidence and a very high level of overall physical fitness. They will also develop extreme mental focus and a new respect for themselves and their fellow classmates as they continually strive to reach every new goal they set. We work closely with parents and teachers to address any problems that the children maybe having at home or at school, either emotionally, mentally, and/or academically. By working together we can create a positive outcome. We work with local organizations such as Home Safe of the Palm Beaches and Boys Town of the Palm Beaches Adult and children’s classes are available Monday through Friday evening and Saturday.
