| General | I enjoy the outdoors, running, hiking, biking, rollerblading, competing in triathlons, frisbee, disc golf, golf, tennis, soccer..... pretty much anything you can do outside, i like! I am currently on an indoor coed soccer team and i love it. I also very much enjoy reading, watching movies and babysitting my nephew Kamden. I am currently interested in small businesses because i am in the process of starting one and helping start another. I love being fit and helping others get and stay fit as well. | | Music | I like most all music! Some of it in smaller doses than others, but i still like it. Some of my favorites are Frank Sinatra, Elle Fitzgerald, Green Day, Cake, Natalie Merchant and Casting Crowns. | | Movies | I love movies!! I am a huge fan of netflix and since i don't have cable, i watch plenty of movies (but i don't really miss TV). I love suspense/thriller and romantic comedy the best, oh and animated movies too. The Incredibles and Wallace and Gromit are especially good. | | Television | I Don't have television but from when i did have it I loved, The X-files, CSI, Law and Order SVU, Arrested Development, The Office (british version), Curb your enthusiasm, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and Dexter's Laboratory. | | Books | I love to read! A couple of my favorite authors are Stephen King and Nora Roberts. I also love Harry Potter and books on CD. I read alot of books that you would find in the self help section of a bookstore mostly because i just want to better myself, but also because being a life coach draws me to those books. The more ideas or ways i can help my clients the better. | | Heroes | My Mom, my Dad and my big brother... and maybe Speed Racer or Mighty Mouse |

About me:
I am a Certified Executive Coach Practitioner. I received this certification through the Certified Coaches Federation. If you are interested in becoming an Executive, life or sales coach, please contact me about my upcoming classes. I am passionate about helping people live a healthy lifestyle by finding and exploring thier passions and motivations, thier life purpose and thier dreams, managing thier stress and energy and balancing thier work and home life. Fitness from the Inside Out is much more than just nutrition and workouts... it's a lifestyle not a task on your to do list. I love to learn, laugh and live life fully, take educated and healthy risks and always try to better myself. I have an always positive attitude and will pick myself up, dust off and keep going when i fall. I am an outdoor (and indoor too i suppose) sports and recreation enthusiast... i'll try almost any sport at least once, and i try to do a new sport every year or two. I play indoor soccer every week and I am now training to be in triathlons and have an ultimate goal of doing an ironman in 2007. I LOVE SHRIMPING! Every year around the holidays my brother and i start getting excited for May (which is shrimping season for us in Washington State on Hood Canal)... we always have a blast and bring as many people with us as we can. Also, I am learning to start and run a business. I have a mentor i am working with and i would love any help or suggestions anyone can give me.
