Aerosol is Rasmus Rasmussen from Copenhagen, Denmark. Rasmus started his solo project in 2000 while working with band mates Jakob Skøtt (Syntaks), Jonas Munk (Manual) and Jess Kahr in the post-rock band Limp (Morr Music). His debut EP as Aerosol was released on Active Suspension in 2001 and was shortly followed by a handful of compilation appearances. In 2006 Rasmus teamed up with the Unlabel imprint to release his first full-length - the limited edition "All that is Solid melts in to Air". In contrast to the minimal electronics of his first material Rasmussen has taken Aerosol to a much grander, warmer, and organic place which now utilizes the guitar as main instrument. Whether acoustic or heavily processed the guitars are thoughtfully aided by gauzy layers of synths and dub-wise electronics. This can all be heard on his second full-length - Airborne - which has just been released by n5MD.

Det går stille og roligt. Har fået lavet et par nye numre, som du jo kan høre og endnu flere udkast til nye sange, som nok bliver mere akustisk. Ved ikke om de nye numre er de helt rigtige mix endnu, men et super godt udkast på vejen. Jeg tager min tid før jeg sender noget ud til andre for at søge om bandmedlemmer og jeg ved at Jan vil hjælpe mig live, når det kommer så vidt. Måske kunne du også lægge et par toner her og der.
