Bio:

Based out of Minneapolis Minnesota, aEstyria is a 5-piece band bent on bringing it to the crowd with their own blend of rock. Energetic riffs, melodic choruses, and intense breakdowns are all the stylish ingredients that make this band hard to get out of your head.

aEstyria has also opened for national acts, such as Filter, Helmet, Five Finger Death Punch, Powerman 5000, Drowning Pool, Bloodsimple, American Head Charge, Stuck Mojo, Bobaflex, Facecage, Opiate for the Masses and Machina.

aEstyria won the End of Summer Band Slam Battle of the Bands Metal Competition in 2005 and the University of Wisconsin Stout Battle of the Bands in 2007. They have also helped raise money for cancer research, tsunami victims, and for fallen soldiers' families.

In 2006, aEstyria released their EP titled "One Unity". This 5 song release was recorded at Winterland Studios, who has worked with artists such as Lenny Kravitz, Keane, Alanis Morrissette, Sara McLachlan, R. Kelly, Elvis Costello, The Black Eyed Peas and more.
