Aether & Ashes, which is rooted in the rock and metal tradition of bands like Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden. At the same time, our sound owes much to progressive bands like Queensrÿche and Pink Floyd, alternative, classical, and anything else we may have picked up along our journey.
Aether & Ashes was formed in 2008 by Kyle and Jim. A&A is our platform for various musical collaborations. As of September 2009 A&A is on hiatus as Kyle is now studying abroad in Japan, and Jim is packing up to move to Pennsylvania. Very likely the world will hear from us again. Until then we'll be throwing up some music that we haven't posted. We hope you enjoy, and that we'll see you again sometime in the future!
