Anger, power, feeling, passion: A Faded Glory is a real novelty in the Italian hardcore panorama.
The band was born in 2003 with Simo on guitar and vocals, Roby on bass and Alby on drums with the name True Insanity,
but the band felt the lack of a solo voice that gives more opportunity to focus Simo on the song writing. So the line-up completed with Gianluca's arrival on the vocals in June 2008.
Since then, the band started again from scratch and soon found its shape, quickly creating brand new songs with the only intention to let free rein to their love for the music and the hardcore attitude.
Heavy and fast riffs, furious rythms glow with angry and suffering melodies. That is what characterizes the sound of the band, all mixed up with personal and introspective lyrics, telling about desire of ransom but also recognition of their guilties aknowledging human mistakes done by the today's society.
A Faded Glory means not have anything to lose, expecting anything from anyone, doing things with the heart and a conscious mind. This is the mentality that the band is at stake with their first EP "The Missing Beginning" (recorded in late 2008 by A Faded Glory at Cellar Door Studios, engineered and mixed by Paolo Beretta at FT Studios): five tracks of pure hardcore that sums up perfectly the influences of each member in a accurate personal way.
With the release of this EP the band is ready to give the best in live gigs and wherever there's the chance.

nono rega... parlando seriamente noi siamo davvero carichi per fare una data cn voi... e poi di genere per me ci stiamo anche dibbrutto noi sul thrash hardcore e voi quell'hardcore marcio ignorante al punto giusto... :) ci siete piaciuti al miasma fest e allora xkè non risuonare insieme
cmq guardate... noi e i reanimaniacs(i nostri amici che hanno suonato al miasma per primi) vorremmo organizzare una data a bologna chiama o "thrash fest" o "fast fest" dove chiamare band thrash ma boh ieri sera ne parlavamo e voi ci stareste un sacco... xD
unica cosa... e che dobbiamo trovare il posto xkè qui funziona davvero dimmerda e per suonare in certi posti o devi sborsare un fottio di cash(che nn abbiamo) o devi avere una band famosa...(e anche li sn tanti tanti soldi) e in + dare rimborso alle band da fuori(giustamente se vengono da lontano come vuoi) quindi boh...
mo vediamo come muoverci...
