The channel schedule consists of the following blocks: "Assorted Fistful" (random score tracks for the rest of the day), "Chai Noon" (Bollywood music on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon-1pm and Wednesdays and Fridays at 4-5am), "The F Zone" (existing songs used in movies and shows on Mondays at 4-6am, 9-11am and 3-5pm, Wednesdays at noon-2pm and Fridays at 5-7am, 9-11am and 3-5pm) and "Soda and Pie" ('80s movie and TV themes on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at noon-1pm).
To log on to AFOS, go to iTunes Radio, click on the Eclectic stations folder and scroll down to "Fistful of Soundtracks." You can also access AFOS from the Live365 site or Real Radio.
