........ ........ .. .. .. If A FRENCH BUTLER CALLED SMITH had to sum up their mission statement in one word it would be DANCE and they're willing to use any weapon in their artillery of musical genres to do it. Whether its funk, latin, gypsy or anything in between make no mistake – you will be on your feet. These 5 gentlemen having been gallivanting across the country strutting their extremely unique and infectious sounds to ever-growing audiences, fast gaining a reputation for the best entertainment you can have with your clothes on. Make no mistake – A French Butler called Smith is a force to be reckoned with and if you're yet to experience it you better hurry up and get on board for some exhilarating and captivating sounds you won't find anywhere else! After blowing audiences away with some explosive performances around the country in 2011, including Byron Bay Bluesfest, Splendour in the Grass, Queenscliff Music Festival, Caloundra Music Festival and a 30 date national tour, the Butlers ventured into Lovestreet Studios to evolve their unmistakably unique sound into another dimension with a new EP 'Eating Crow' to be released early 2012. With incredible new flavours and capturing the electric energy their live set has become known for, they are ready to take the country and the world by storm – you have been warned! .... .. .. .. .... .. ..BOOKING & MANAGEMENT ENQUIRIES:........ ..bookings@afrenchbutlercalledsmith.com........ .. .. .. ..      Met you all at Glenelg Surf Club recently - we arrived late but were treated to a great time chatting about your performance at the Byron Bluesfest etc etc. What a lovely bunch of interesting, gracious, fun and talented young gentlemen you are. Thanks heaps for the time you spent with us and for the CDs - they have been playing long and loud and hard in the car since then.We will definitely check out any gigs you have in SE Qld / Byron when we are up that way again soon, and make sure we arrive early (it would be a shame to miss any of your showmanship and infectious and fantastic music again).
Have you heard about the Guinness Australia Live Thursday promotion? They have a band comp I'm sure you'd be well placed to enter - check it out on Facebook as the prize is a trip and a gig in a Eurpean festival. At the least it would be some more exposure for your music.
Cheers, gentlemen - we will see you somewhere again soon. Sue n Bernie.

Greetings all, firstly, thanks for dropping by, listening and taking the time to comment. I am currently collating an all Australian artists play list. I believe in many cases, the artists don’t get the exposure their talent warrants so I’ll do my bit to try and rectify that. Neither lists are definitive, so all requests are welcomed.  Also, any feed back is highly appreciated.
