The Afro Cuban Latin Jazz Project is an Afro Cuban Jazz Fusion, formed and founded by Cuban Pianist GUSTAVO RAMIREZ, Grammy Award Afro Cuban Drummer RAUL PINEDA and Master Cuban percussionist JESUS DIAZ.
Keep an eye out for their first CD Release, which is currently being mixed in the studio by Dave Weckl. Discover the many ways in which The Cajon (Peruvian Box) can be implemented in Pop music. The time has come for this instrument to participate within the percussion section as well as drum-set and different music genders.
•The Class will cover technique for Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues, Funk, Hip Hop, World Music, and how to develop a performance.
•There are no requirements. It is open to beginning students as well as advance.
•Some Cajons are available. You can bring your own Cajon and toys. Come early.
