After Silence
is a non-profit organization, online support group, and chat room created to help survivors communicate in the recovery of rape
and sexual abuse. Our mission is to support, empower, validate and educate
survivors of rape and sexual abuse, as well as secondary survivors. The core of
our organization is a
message board and a chat room
where survivors meet together in a mutually supportive and safe environment.
We just opened our new After Silence Awareness Store on cafepress.com. All proceeds from this store are solely used in a non-profit manner and all the artworks are designed by survivors and members of After Silence to spread awareness on rape and sexual abuse.
