After The Lounge – London’s premier rock-dance band: From the start…
Formed in 2001 in London, Ontario, After The Lounge has changed numerous members, but always kept original creation player, G. S. Bollert (Lead Vocals, Frontman). 2006 roster added one of London's top drummers, Carlos Latorre. For the following year, After The Lounge went through different guitarists and bass players. In late 2007, the bass position went to Peter Moretti. Within a few weeks, the band was rounded out by recruiting Joe Piotrowski on guitar. The band rehearsed through the end of 2007 and debuted the new lineup at The Wortley Roadhouse in London on January 5th. The show went great, and thus sealed the new line up as the current version of After The Lounge. The band is now booked into August of 2008, so be sure to go to www.afterthelounge.com and check for dates near you, and come listen to a hard rocking band playing rock with a dance groove!
Traveling from city to city, the London Ontario based band is carving their mark on the Canadian music scene. Their sound is unlike other bands and it stands out when they slightly change the cover songs they add to their setlist. From Johnny Cash to the Beatles to Kiss, they do it all while throwing in a song or two of their own to catch your attention.
The new single from A.T.L. called Beauty is now available in HMV, Chapters, CD Plus, along with many independent music stores.
