"An evolving local group with a cacophonous yet catchy approach; their compositions could easily serve as silent-film soundtracks." -The New Yorker ..........................................
"Instrumental odd-meter afro-cuban free-jazz noise-funk? If Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart's acid lovechildren spent three days in a darkened room in the middle of the desert listening to Larks' Tongues in Aspic... It's experimental music that will make you dance your ass off while screaming." - Ryan Snow
Just thought I'd let you guys know that I've been listening to your album a LOT since I picked it up off you guys in Brooklyn (214 tracks played, according to last.fm), and it's honestly become one of my favorite albums. It's fucking awesome. I've forced so many of my friends to listen to it ("What should I show them first, 'Perroluna' or 'Honestly, I Don't Recall the Amnesia'?! FUCK!"), and you have received nothing but glowing reviews. It's seriously an awesome piece of work, and I look forward to any material you guys make in the future.
You should all come out to Chicago sometime in the near future and play a show with us...preferably in a parking lot. Hell, just play a show within a couple hours of Chicago and I'll drive out to see you guys. I need to have another freak-out.
back to back ragers, afuche don't play muddafuckas. A blast as always, already looking forward to the next time. got a video up from the other night at bunk on our myspace. hopefully the rest of adjustyoureyes was colorful for ya'll. PEACE -ben
