For those of you who haven’t experienced what "The Girl" has to offer, we’ve got a quick recap of the last year or so. The progressive rock/soul duo has had a lot of activity in the circuit with their featured guest bass players--like Fernando Perdomo, Ricardo Martinez, Eric Hernandez (sigh...we hope he’s enjoying Amsterdam) and are toying with the propspect of adding a few more musician folk for the fun of it.
The group has had a great year so far having enjoyed the ranks of opening act for: Barry Hay of the Golden Earring and his back up band The Clarks, the B52’s, Lauryn Hill, India Arie, Al Green, The Roots and recently George Clinton at Revolution.
WHAT IS ATG UP TO NEXT?!?! Well, the group is working on an LP which you can take a sample of on this site with some new tunes like "Animal" featuring Eric Hernandez on bass; "Romeo" featuring Fernando Perdomo on bass and guitar; and the acoustic version of "Crawl."

Hey Against The Girl!
I think you are one of my HOTTEST FRIENDS, so I nominated you for my Hot Friends list. But are you really HOT enough to be on Hotties for Sale? Find out!
I finally finished up a project I have been working on closely with my homie DJ Trippin' over the past few months. The idea was to take a handful of my freestyles, studio tracks, and b-sides I've recorded over the last year and combine them all to a 1 track mix. All mixing, scratching, and juggling was performed by DJ Trippin'. The effort is available for high quality download by clicking the cover below!
