Music
True blue music. I am a huge fan of jazz, both old and new. My record collection is extensive in this department (thank you mom). My favorite instrument is the bass, so music that highlights it rocks my world (i.e. Les Claypool, Jaco Pastorius, and others.) I grew up with two rockin’ older sisters so what can I say, I love the 80's. Cheesy love rock ballads by big hair bands, super rad. Classical Music is the only thing that brings my head at peace and my stress levels way down when I need it the most. And much more in between, I love variety and I love to be introduced to new music.
Movies
My taste in movies is about as broad as my taste in music but I am a big fan of The Dark Crystal, The Labyrinth and Pan's Labyrinth. And I know this is totally silly but there is something about Napoleon Dynamite that will make me laugh from beginning to end.
Television
I don't watch it too often as I try not to rot my brain but I do love a good "CSI: Las Vegas" episode or "Mad Men."
Books

I really enjoy the "Hugo and Nebula Award Winners from Asimov's Science Fiction" (A big THANK YOU to Ariana for this one). "Our Bodies, Ourselves" is a book every woman should have on their bookshelf.

Leg's healing but I need some side work to get me through the holidays as I won't be able to go back to nursing until the first of the year (house cleaning, cooking ect.. )!
