The Agent was born August 8th 1990 In East St Louis. He grew up around an array of music,Hip-hop,R&B,Rock and a little gospel.He was always moving due to the fact his fathers army so he never made to many friends but instead befriended music.He started writing his own songs at the tender age of ten but didn't actually starting recording until 14.He loved the reaction of making people feel good with his music.Being that he has live in many places including East St Louis,Panama,North Carolina,Washington State,Hawaii and DC.He takes advantage of the many places hes lived in and puts into his music.He originally was a comedy rapper who went my the stage name"Carmal".He would make parodies of songs like Weird Al and sell them in his school.He quickly rose to the number eight spot on the Myspace unsigned charts in 2006 and was receiving offers and much love.That's when his account got hacked.He went from 20k plays and views a day to making a new account and only getting a few.Depressed and discourage he shut down his second account and gave up rapping.Two years later he found himself growing tired of the current state of Hip-Hop and bought a new mic.He Choose to change his name to "The Agent" which was a child hood nickname because he was always on a mission. This time his mission was to change Hip-Hop.His first mixtape under the name The Agent (Assignments Of The Agent) was critically acclaimed by all his peers.But he soon found himself contributing to what he considered "Fake" Hip-hop.He didn't know what to rap about at first so the first mixtape was just typical rapping about money,cars and clothes he didn't actually own.He quickly flipped his style and still perfecting his sound to be more true to himself.Being that he's seen both worlds "The Hood" and "The Suburbs",he feels like he has more to bring to the table.Now residing in the DMV (DC,Maryland,VA) area he is hard at work to be signed.
