About Agent Wander:
- Agent Wander - also known as Wim Kesteloot - is a Belgian singer-songwriter
- who recently started writing and singing songs of his own to be brought live,
- acoustically. The idea grew after several years of studying and teaching literature
- and music, and after having spent a countless number of hours in his homestudio,
- recording instrumental tracks mixed with audiosamples taken from old film noirs,
- westerns or classics like Rio Bravo, Gilda, The Maltese Falcon, Rope, High Noon,
- Hiroshima mon amour...
- Nighttime Battles, the first fully acoustic AW-album, was released last winter
- and is the result of a somewhat out of the blue three-day recording session with
- Thomas Noël, live in his living room. It contains the story of nine love songs,
- each going their own separate ways, and at the same time, coming home.
