About me: so, i married the most wonderful man in the world in august 2006. on november 16th, 2007 we had our first child...a little girl...eva katherine. she is the most beautiful person i have ever laid eyes on. we are so excited and a little scared. we just want to be good parents, but we're not sure we know how! we will be doing a lot of learning along the way. we have recently acquired an extra cat in addition to the one we already had. alli and dinah are more than a handful, but we love them. we also just bought a house. all of this 'grown-up' stuff is happening all at once! i have the best family and friends a girl could ever ask for. i day dream a lot. i talk in choppy sentences. i do NOT feel 28. some days i don't even feel like an adult. i have a very vivid imagination and a very short attention span. i'm more sarcastic than most people...and most people don't understand my sarcasm is a feeble attempt at humor...most of the time. i use...a lot. i like to read my husband's writings. i want to open a restaurant. soon. like, yesterday. i like to dip my hot fries in my icees. i cry a lot. not because i'm sad...i cry when i'm happy, too. my sister cracks me up. so does my brother-in-law. and my brother. oh, and jessica does, too. okay...i laugh a lot. people that don't know me think i'm quiet and people that do know me wish i'd shut up. i sometimes have difficulty standing up. i burst into the super mario bros. theme song at the oddest moments. for some reason, i was recently given the job title of 'assistant director' where i work...i sometimes wonder what they were thinking...most nights, you can find me wherever my husband's band is playing...so come see us.

Aww poor baby. Amie's little one Maddie had tubes put in her ears a few months ago and it has done wonders for her. So I hope Eva Kates are as successful. Glad y'all are doing great too. I go to Winnsboro often and next time I am there we should try to meet up.

I am coming to Monroe in two weeks and I want to stop by and see the family. I will be staying in sterlington the 15th-18th and I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE! LOL I know planning this far off is a shot in the dark, so just wanted to see if ya were gonna be around that weekend and we will catch up =)love ya
doing great. I am about to be done with this summer session so that is even better! Other than that just cleaning and making supper. Did that just make me sound like a house wife. Oh Lord! LOL
I love all the new pics of Eva Kate.. how did she do with her 4 month shots? Lexie ran a fever of 102 but that was the only thing.. she didn't act ANY different than she normal does, just had a fever.. glad those are over!! :)
hey joni.. just checking to see how you, matt and Eva Kate are doing.. we are doing great.. i can't believe Eva Kate is 5 months already!! Lexie will be 4 months on Friday.. man, they grow up fast..
