I bring over 20 years of life wisdom to my craft as a writer.
My diverse background provides a rich backdrop for the written tapestry that I weave for my readers: I was a professional bodybuilder (among others, I hold the Mr. America title in the 1994 All Natural North America Bodybuilding Championship!), I am a certified fitness instructor, and I am a working SAG actor.
In 2002, I created what would become a very popular blog about dating and relationships called, OneHandedClap.com. Based on the success of this Blog, my readers' feedback, and my own experiences, I was moved to add life coaching to my accomplishments. I am an "inspirational healer," with clients in the acting community. I can often be found offering impromptu and impactful inspiration to my acting colleagues on a set, in between takes!
The release of my book, "You Know What To Do" will celebrate my entry into the world as a published author. By sharing experiences, thoughts and ideas in my work, my desire is to help spark the individual to become fluent in the language of their own life.
I am actively and consciously pursuing the happiness that I believe we are all born to know.

The 3rd annual Amber Pizzo Memorial 5K Walk/Run is taking place on Sunday, July 13, 2008 in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Amber's friends and family are working to raise awareness to 'Think Before You Drink', while raising money for The Amber Pizzo Memorial Foundation organized in memory of Amber Pizzo who lost her life on July 18, 2005 when she was struck by an automobile driven by an impaired driver. Your contribution helps us to promote Safe & Sober Driving. The Amber Pizzo Memorial Foundation works closely with local schools and youth organizations, helping to organize programs designed to alert them to the consequences of drug and alcohol use.
