Diè (vocals) and Poli (bass) met in high school and played in a bunch of useless bands until they decided to start AGONY WAY in november 2006. This band also sees Mario Rossi as the drummer and Mauri as guitarist (who joined the band in August 2008 -before him Umberto played the guitar).
The first EP entitled "WARNING AGONY WAY" came out in May 2007, printed in 350 copies and self produced. After playing lots of shows for a year the band started to write down and practice other songs for a new release.
This new release is a 7-song EP called "FOR RENT", out on Wynona Digital (soon available on iTunes and almost every digital store) recorded at One Way Studio and mastered by Alessandro Vanara (Vanilla Sky, Melody Fall).

Diè (voce) e Poli (basso) si incontrano al liceo, iniziano a suonare in alcune band e dopo molti anni di sala prove decidono di formare un nuovo gruppo: AGONY WAY.
Alla batteria c'è Mario Rossi (fratello di Poli) e con questa formazione nascono i primi pezzi della band. Pur non avendo un chitarrista i tre decidono di registrare il primo EP di 5 brani ("WARNING AGONY WAY") nel maggio 2007. All'uscita del disco Umberto completa la formazione rispondendo ad un annuncio e permettendo di iniziare con i primi concerti.
Dopo un anno di live in giro per il Piemonte il chitarrista lascia il gruppo e viene sostituito da Mauri. Con questa line-up partono le registrazioni del secondo EP ("FOR RENT") composto da 7 brani registrati nei primi mesi del 2009 presso il One Way Studio e masterizzati da Alessandro Vanara (Vanilla Sky, Melody Fall).
Il disco è distribuito da Wynona Digital (in vendita sui principali negozi online) a partire da Novembre 2009.
