Finn Riggins was formed in Moscow, Idaho, the result of a longtime collaboration between Cameron Bouiss, Eric Gilbert and Lisa Simpson. Having met while completing their higher education, the gang immersed themselves in a creatively thriving community found in the heart of the Palouse Region of the Inland Northwest. The product of this endeavor would ultimately culminate in what is now Finn Riggins.

IQEQ's second album is indicative of the quartet's music mantra: Insanity sometimes seems to be the purpose. IQEQ experiments with grooves and prog-rock ideas, builds toward a crest of roaring guitars, vocals, keys, and, yes, clarinet ... then plunges headfirst into infinity.
