I had always been a fan of electronic music but never really knew that it existed in a larger scale (this was back in 2000). One of my friends came up to me and handed me a flyer to a show. After that first show I knew that I wanted to spin, went out and spent money on my first turntables. I picked it up rather quickly and with in 6 months of me actually learning how to mix, I had a home at Static Night Club playing Friday nights which had a live feed on the 1 radio for 5 hours. Starting there my musical taste grew into a trance style of music. I have had the opportunity to play in 4 different states. All over Texas, New Mexico, Okalahoma, and North Carolina. I had the opportunity to work with Wet Groovin from Cali. I did a lot of work with them in Dallas, having the chance to open for Christopher Lawerance, Second Sun, D:Fuse, Cosmic Gate, Above and Beyond, Sandra Collins, George Acosta and many other great artists!
I am In the process of creating my first original release which will be released on an upcoming mix so watch out for it.

This weekend is a very exciting one for Techno./Edm in Dallas!
First you have a joining of crews at Minc for Sonic Fusion. You get the Shift boys combined with James and I (Altered Beats) for one night of techy, italiano, dark goodness!
This event is super cheap and a great warm up for Saturday night at Meltdown!
