Aight yall, heres some history. Bout 2 years ago myself (Cory Shaffer) and my homie A-tro (Zak Hails) got to thinkin one fine summer after noon, since we liked rap so much, why dont we do it ourselves? So that very day we doned the name Maziker which consisted of myself (Agyni), Atrocity (now A-tro), and Freakshow (Jake Ramsey). Not much long after that, probably a couple of weeks, Jake left the group, leaving me and Zak to fend for ourselves. We then brought in a new member, Crossbonez (then Bonez)(Shane Penachio) to fill in Freekshow's spot, and things were goin smooth, but it didn't really last long. Through about a year, we wrote songs until our knuckles bled and our fingernails were gone, but nothing was ever recorded, so the entire group had a falling out. A little later, Crossbonez (Shane Pennachio) (formarly known as Bonez, Kidd Vudu, Saint Vudu, & Nikateen) came back around, and lol and behold; inspiration hit me, a new group should be formed, so the CKC or Crazee Killa Cru was spawned. One single was completed under the CKC name, called 'Guillotine', not the one all yall know about, i'm talkin about my OG shit, this song was my first attempt at recordin, and through shitty programs and beatz, it wasnt bad, but it has never seen the light of day and was never released. After that things music wise were not quite there, i mean i wasnt doin anything or getting anything done, neither was Shane, but that all picked up again in Febuary of 2006 when I began on a solo LP called 'The "R.I.P.L.P." which is still bein worked on, which will be released under the 'CKC' name, just to get the group some more exposure along with us as solo rappers. A randon note, two shows were supposed to have happened, but didnt, 1 on October 31st, 2006 and the other on July 28th. On another, fresher note, Zak has came and talked to me a couple of months ago, trying to hash things out, and we agreed and knew, one way or another, we would make a group out of ourselves, and sure enough, it happend the OOS or Outkasts Of Society were spawned, and a single is due for release sometime in July, unfortunately, that group went under and A-tro has given up the rap game and has pursued a career in art. I am sure a single will be completed for OOS somewhere down the road, just to put a wicked spin on shit, but who know's right? So through it all I have basically been on my own as a rapper, and we'll just have to see where The Kryptic One goes from here...Well alot has happened since I updated this section so lets just try to sum it all up in a couple of things. I finished and released "R.I.P.'L.P.'" and "The Plague" and I will send them to whoever requests them. The OOS: Outkasts of Society are no more, and most likely will never happen, no cd, no single. On a solo and group note; I am working on my second LP called "Welcome To The Mortuary" which is a follow-up to the "R.I.P.'L.P.'" and collectively as the CKC; we're working on our first album release "It's Only Illegal If You Get Caught" which is more or less a mixtape. I'll update this when something else happens worth writing about...
