I have been hooping since August of 2008. I recently became a Hoopnotica Hoopdance instructor. I love to hoopdance because it's such good exercise that doesn't feel like exercise, it feels like fun! It's so much easier than the little Hula Hoops we had as kids.
Hooping is my favorite activity, but I also love to travel, exercise, dance and go out and listen to my hubby play keyboards (he's a very talented musician as well as his "day" job). Once in a while we even get to take off on his Harley.
