My life isn’t that complicated. I’m a restaurant cook with a Chef’s title at your typical American fare restaurant you see on almost every main street in America. I cook because I love it not because I have too which makes all the difference in the world.
I also co-own a company with my partner Al. We make bbq sauces, Bloody Mary mixes and anything that makes your tongue sweat. I'm the culinary driving force and he's the brains(at least I let him think so). Although we haven’t been able to dedicate as much time to the company as we would like to we’ve still managed to win several international awards, been showcased in some great magazines and even seen our product on the Food Network.
