Hi, I'm Lisa J Aston - an Australian songwriter/musician who has had some 20 years in the Oz music industry as both a performer and an administrator. I've worked with the major players in the business here and am also proud to say I've always remained an indie artist. Through channels, I was introduced to AIA and fell in love with the whole concept immediately. I see it as a stargate for Australian and New Zealand indies.

In the AIA, a network is created through everyone's mutual desire to be heard, which creates a natural engine for everyone involved in music because the bands get their music out there, the engineers get their services in the face of the bands that need their services, which then leads to bands reaching their respective next steps - leading to the necessary contacts with venues, lawyers, management, promoters, radio stations and eventually labels - assuming that's in the band's interest.

So, help us help you, and spread the word! The AIA is here to serve you and get you where you need to be! The more you succeed, the better we do. Our goal is to achieve your goals.
