It hurt me that you said that! I will never, ever support any other team.

    I will never walk alone!

But seriously, I'll be in the pub shouting for the red men, whilst they annihilate the most horrible team in England.

Ace. I probably only want it because it's advertised by Dream Theater's keyboardist... and me being the fanboy that I am... Haha.

But yeah, It's a pretty interesting little thing, and could ultimately get more people into making music, Which can't be bad :)

Awesome, Glad you're having a better time this semester/term/whatever you call it.

Yeah, I love the look of the bebot, It's tempting to buy and Iphone, just to have something to piss around with in the pub, haha.

    Yo!

I'm not too bad cheers. :)
And the term is ok, I'm only in for 2 days a week, so there's a lot of sitting around doing nothing. I probably shouldn't complain though.

    How's it going for you?

    Heil Herr Turnbull.

They're acctually dropping the Nazis at Winstanley for the lower VI. Apparently students keep coming in to college having already done the Nazis to death. And they're tired of trying to bash the simplistic ideas out of people in such a short space of time; apparently lots of students have the idea that Hitler somehow brainwashed everybody, or hypnotised them somehow? Personally I can't say I ever thought that, that's just plain terrible history, but they say lots of students do.

It was the Education thing. nice suprise too - the guy asked me what I would be using it for and when I said college and uni he told me about the discount.
I got a MacBook - pretty much all I could afford.
Very interesting about Keane. I feel sorry for him but you have to admit, he's surpluss to requirements; if Rafa's going to insist of 4-2-3-1 and on Torres up front alone then he'll never fit. Even when Torres isn't there he can't fill in because he can't play alone. Saviola, can't see it happenning but it would be interesting.

I'm now the proud owner of a shinny new Mac. - with a £111 discount. I've just got to get used to how it works.

Ken Clarke can't do anything better than 'Mandy'. He's a nicer guy and I know you I'd rather have a pint with but there's no doubting Mandelson is by far the better stratagist, both in terms of his ministerial position and elections.
In terms of the singing, you then get the "no you can't"..."yes I can" bit - which is a brilliant metaphor for modern British governmemt, specifically, question time in the Commons.
Home Secretaries - I hope it hasn't shifted to the opposition, that'll be Labour soon.
the poll is interesting. It suggests that the government has lost support rather than the Tories gaining any, so as always governments lose elections, oppositions don't win them.
It looks as though the bank bail-out has caused the loss of support; with Brown and Darling only down within the margin of error on 'trust on the economy'. So there may be hope for Labour yet. If the banks ease up and start lending again before the next election it could turn things back in Labour's favour. Though there is the image issue - a party can only suffer so many downs after 11 years in office before people finally get sick of them and look for a change, reguardless of what the change is to.
