Peace your Way, I'm a Malian~Gabonese author-poet-painter-composer. My music is a visual Sphere whose colors dance out of my paintings which in turn find their form in the Sufi poetry I compose... Beyond the conventionally imposed divides, sacred Arts revolve around the same Center, just like us and all atoms of the Creation, it is in our innate nature to gather and to revolve in Surrender~Islam to The Divine in Her/His immense Beauty... La ilaha illa Allah ... thus do we peel ourselves off of all the fragmenting ego notions imposed upon us through unlawful systematizations that alienate us from our innate Reality which is Light itself. Leading this must see, once in a lifetime experience, will be former Arkestra member and master teacher, astronomer and musician Kelan Phil Cohran. Cohran will be accompanied by over 30 musicians, dancers, and vocalist; many Chicago legends like Maggie Brown, Aquilla Sadalla of SAMANA fame, and Bobby Irving.
