BIO
Aida was born in 2002.
She loves industrial, noise, scaring people, playing instruments wich are not instruments, experimental composition, ambiguous visual arts, DIY philosophy, home recording, copyleft, pop culture, world&folk.
She hates melody, MTV, muzak, easy listening, paying for CDs, dance/pop music, boybands, TV phenomena.
She lives in Berlin.

Behind the name Aida is hidden a real person: Manuel Lombardi.
The project started in 2002 with a home recorded demo tape with 5 songs, that I used as Xmas present for my friends. It was a really noise and really industrial experience, but the low recording quality gives to "Snuff 2003" (that was the title) a good retro/lo fi accent.
In the meantime, I started studing at the uni (since 2001), and I took a bachelor in 2005 in "Manager and Organizer of Events and Business in the Art and Entertainment System", I fell in love with Valeria (2002), I lived together with her in Florence (2003/2006), I played occasionally with some bands, I studied Video at a cinema school.
Now I collaborate with Globoscuro, an industrial/experimental collective in Livorno.
Currently I live in Berlin (DE)
