BIO:
Born in the small town of Sandwich, MA, Aimee Lynn Chadwick got her start in theatre while studying at the Capachionies School of Performing Arts. While there, she landed such roles as Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Martha in the Secret Garden, Adelaide in Guys in Dolls (etc) and performed with Jon Secada in the Orange Bowl Half-Time Show in Miami, FL. Following her studies at CSPA, she went on to study at The Boston Conservatory. After exhausting the opportunities available to her on the east coast, she decided to head west.
Moving to Los Angeles with one-hundred dollars in her pocket and nothing but a dream; to succeed in her mutual loves for singing and acting. Her long, hard haul finally paid off in 2003 when she landed a supporting role in the Warner Bros. feature, A Cinderella Story, as the quirky/punky, "shock jock" DJ Astrid. This early break lead to other opportunities that include starring as Alice in the Special Edition Disney DVD of Alice in Wonderland, hosting DIRT (a children’s motocross show that traveled around the United States) and a guest star on Nickelodeons’ Drake and Josh.
Aimee's acting career continued to unfurl in independent and major motion pictures; most notable, leads in both Return of the Living Dead 4 & Return of the Living Dead 5 which filmed back-to-back in Romania and assured her a seat at any Horror convention.
Aimee Lynn shines as a vocalist, having opened for Mandy Moore and Vitamin C among many other notable pop singers. She fronted the punk band Angels to Some and a fronted a brief stint with band Purple Planet. She collaborated with producer London Thompson to create the album GENERATION NEXT (2003) and later toured the US with her band The Charles Shaw Project (2005-2006).
In 2008 Aimee became a singer for the project Blue Rose Harlots - and ongoing musical collaboration that includes some of Hollywood's top musical talents. In June 2008 she performed at NXNE in Toronto with artist Keram. She is currently working on her solo album.
Aimee thinks that Van Gogh said it best:
"I am an artist. It is the very opposite of saying "I know all about it. I've already found it." As far as I am concerned, the word means "I am looking, I am hunting for it, I am deeply involved."
