Airport Impressions is the combined effort from songwriters/musicians, Errol, Johann and Steve from the island of Malta, Europe.
Started out as Riverstone way back in 2004, playing live in various pubs and venues around Malta. In 2005 went to Ireland for a couple of months and wrote original material, some of which will make it to the album.
By the end of 2007, the name “Riverstone” was changed into “Stone Joker” which was also replaced by the current “Airport Impressions”, introducing a deeper acoustic feel to the music. Shortly after Errol won the VH-1 Online Rock International Songwriting Contest with the single “ALONE” (released whilst still playing as Stone Joker).
January 2008 saw the introduction of Steve Farrugia (Dulli) on drums and percussion. The debut single “BESIDE YOU” went straight to number 1 on Bay Radio Local Top Ten where it stayed for 2 weeks.
Currently working on the debut album, which will incorporate several aspects of Airport Impressions’ message to their listeners…..

It's that kind of song that you still remember for a long time after the first listen.. it comes into your mind easily :) It's amazing the slow part without drums, great FX for voice!
