Who I'd like to meet:
The StoryBefore the Great Expansion, Man walked on land instead of sailing from eyot to eyot. He tended crops not on rooftops, but in vast fields. But just as Man had been exiled from Eden, so had he been exiled from ground on which he once stood...
It happened swiftly -- a great and chaotic upheaval of fire and stone as the land fractured and sailed upward, carrying the cities of Man into the heavens in an ironic perversion of divine ascension. The atmosphere expanded into the aether, almost enveloping Ares, as the oceans spewed forth as billowing steam from below. It was no secret that Man's ambition rested among the heavens, and with great anger, destiny was determined to put him there.
Many perished during those days of great tumult, but as he always has, Man survived. Just as he mastered navigation of the seas, so did he begin assault of the sky...
