My name is AJ Saxon. Some people call me Alexia, others call me Bear (do not do so without my permission), no one who values their life uses my birth name so don't even ask for it (this has recently be excepted for a limited group of very special people). I am a poet (yes, published US, Canada and Austrailia - not bragging just answering the frequently asked question) and photographer (landscapes, florals, concerts - no weddings, no baby portraits, sorry).
I've had more addresses than I've had birthdays (at least in this lifetime) and I know I'm not done (cancer with sagi rising, libra moon... go figure). . I was born in New York. I've lived in California (northern and southern), Arizona, Ohio and now Washington (and I'm having visions of the north east). Somewhere in my genetic code there must be some gypsy but so far, the family isn't copping to it.
I am honest to a fault, an incorrigible flirt, moody, opinionated, flighty, a little flakey, very odd, independent (been told too much so), obsessive, overbearing, extremely protective and one of the most loyal people you will ever meet. I don't take lightly to being betrayed or to those that hurt the people I love. It takes a long time to earn my trust and if you break that trust, don't ever expect it back again. I admit, I am unforgiving. I've been called mysterious, I call it shy. I suffer from insomnia. I have issues.
I love music, books, photography, art, the sound of the wind the trees, the ocean at night, rain. I am here to find friends and music and art. I am not on here to date but if you're really interested in dating me take some time to get to know me first (and if you're intimidated by the fact that most of my friends are male, don't even bother with me... these guys were part of my life before you and will still be after you too). I have a weak spot for men with long black hair and blue eyes or long auburn hair and green eyes... even more so if they play guitar, violin and/or cello.
I have two tattoos (with plans for at least two more - need art) and 7 holes in my ears (that's not likely to change). I have two cats that think they are the center of universe.

BFE Ontario - flying to a lake to go fishing with my dad on his annual trip for the first time ever. It's seriously in the middle of NOWHERE! But I get to experience a water landing and eat all the fish i want for a week. YAY!
