So Who Am I?



I was born in the country of Belize, in Central America. When I came to the United States I was only 7 years old, and I had a very heavy Creole accent, the English one not the French. I originally moved to Birmingham, Alabama, but ended up in Coral Springs, FL. That is a suburb, just inland of Ft. Lauderdale, Famous for it's beaches, night life, and waterfront properties.

From the summer after I graduated from High School, in 1995 until 2007,I worked full time for my family owned Real Estate brokerage. Actually you could say my real estate brokerage owned me. I was at the office on average around 70 hours a week. That's right I worked 7 days a week for months on end before I took a couple of days off, and this pattern simply repeated year after year.

Real Estate took very good care of my family and I. Working there for so long has been a blessing. Over the years I became very good at what I did, and helped build up our business by developing systems. I had the privilege of working and learning from some great people.

After I met my wife and was expecting my first child, I decided that I wanted to be wealthy enough to have the freedom to be in control of my time. Up until that point my life was always dictated by all my bosses. My father, the broker, my agents, and all my clients.

The negative side of working real estate the way I did was, if one of my potential clients called me sitting in front of someone else listing, dropping what I was doing was literally the difference between getting paid thousands extra in 30 days, or not getting paid at all.

As I personally grew as a person and a business man I started seeing quantum leaps in productivity implementing systems to my business. I also started working smarter, and invested a lot of time and money to continuously growing myself as a person.

Months into the very unnoticeable turn around of the real estate market Florida starts to get nailed with hurricane after hurricane. Insurance bills sky rocketed, and property taxes also sky rocketed , not cause of the hurricane but the new tax assesments the county levied because of how quickly the prices homes went up over the preceding years.

Property inventory started a gradual climb in volume, as a lot of people started not being able to afford their payments. Then the unexpected happened, a direct hit with a catagory 3 hurricane. Business came to a stand still for almost a week.

Small business owners at the brink of bankruptcy finally got the straw that broke the camels back. Property inventory spiked. Smart investors noticed negative cashflow and a sinking market meant liquidating bad assets. More properties on the market and those in the know were pricing to sell fast, even at losses.

Values were falling fast, and people were ending up owing more than the property would sell for. Realtors started using short sales tactics, that helped values fell even faster. Real estate and mortgage brokerages were failing everywhere, and we were in the cross hairs, and decided to close our doors.

Before I go any farther I'd like to share a report about the 7 traits of wealthy people, that I got from a truly wonderful upline in a network marketing business I run on autopilot.

An Introduction To Social Networking





Social Networking is taking over the Internet by storm. Hundreds of people in one of my organizations solely rely on Social Networking as their main lead generator for their online businesses. Why? Social Networking has substantial advantages. First of all it's free. Second it can be set up to be 100% automated. When I sold Real Estate I made the most money when I took a proactive approach. Meaning I physically called 25 people a day looking to sell their homes. This formula helped me go from earning 50K a year to over 120K doing less work.
