Mind Eclipse
Black whole eyes, flushed in white.
New day life, charred opal sight.
Inner ears ring snowstorm chatter,
knocked knees buckle, my teeth still rattle.
As I twist the blinds bright,
my eyes begin to run.
Bloodred basecoat burns cold,
as flesh meets the sun.
Finding focus towards the porch,
I seed the soil to my sight;
Static rays burn,
Ocean water orange mudchips,
allover my red bike.
