That's why we create unique inflatable installations in New York and elsewhere. We think of what we do as performance-sculpture.
AKAirways activities started in club culture, rave culture and the New York underground. Those contexts remain sources of inspiration and forums for experimentation for our inflatable work.
When used as chill-out rooms bubbles provide a shelter from the crowded party space, as giant light reflectors they transform the space and become the energy condenser of a party. Those ephemeral structures usually come in transparent and/or white. As you will see on this site their sizes vary but in our experience, the bigger they are, the happier the people in and around them.
