Our vocals are remeniscent of Iron Maiden (Tack's vocal peaks haha) and straight up rock n roll. Heavy and full riffs with wardrum aspects, synth keyboards and topped off by shredding and Whammy bar. ah very niiice.
Akita was formed in Burnsville, MN in the spring of 2008. The band has strived for a unique sound of “New-Rock” that has been influenced by many legends of the past. With a mix of driving rhythms and harmonized vocals the tone of many of the songs is a sound of energetic upheaval. Akita is constantly expanding its catalog to reflect this mission in a hope to voice a name for itself in the Rock World in the not so distant future.
