Hey, my name is Lenny, and I like to skate. Right now I'm 19 years old and live in Wisconsin in an apartment with my friend Lee. I skateboard every second I can, and I'm always happy. I can usually have fun no matter what I'm doing. I don't know what I want to do with my life, but I there's a few things I never want to do. One of them is going to college; I never will. I don't think I'll ever have a life plan because if I focus on one goal I might pass up a lot of other rad opportunities.
I love to skate and have been riding for almost 6 years now. I'm working on starting up my own company, Trash Skateboards. We've got a sick team and are working on a full length video, and we're really into old school punk rock pool shredder graphics.
Other than skating I love playing music, tech decking, filming/editing skate videos, graphic design, web design, screen printing, battling pokemon cards, carpentry, and other shit. I have a lot of hobbies and I'm very active. I also have a very strong DIY ethic.
I'm in a few hardcore bands, The Mudslingers is the most well known. I write the lyrics and do vocals. I also like to design posters, album covers, flyers, stickers, and most of the other shit our logo is on. I do a lot of graphic design, but I don't ever want to make it a career.
I've been running an all punk venue called The Garage since 2007. The venue is mostly active in the Milwaukee punk scene but we've seen our fair share of Madison, Osh Kosh, Appleton, and Keno/Illinois bands, among various touring bands. I started it up because I really wanted a venue close to home to play at, and I like to be active in the scene and give something back.
Most of the music I listen to is hardcore, whether it be old or new. I listen to a lot of local bands that play around here or come through on tour. Pretty much whatever demos they give me. I'm really into Urban Waste, The Siege, etc. I like really fast angry shit.
