Hey, my name is Lenny, and I like to skate. Right now I'm 20 years old and live in Wisconsin in an apartment with my friend Lee. I skateboard every second I can, and I'm always happy. I can usually have fun no matter what I'm doing. I don't know what I want to do with my life, but I there's a few things I never want to do. One of them is going to college; I never will. I don't think I'll ever have a life plan because if I focus on one goal I might pass up a lot of other rad opportunities.
I love to skate and have been riding for 6 years now. I'm working on starting up my own company, Trash Skateboards. We've got a sick team and are working on a full length video, and we're really into old school punk rock pool shredder graphics.
Other than skating I love playing music, painting, writing, tech decking, filming/editing skate videos, graphic design, web design, screen printing, battling pokemon cards, carpentry, and other shit. I have a lot of hobbies and I'm very active. I also have a very strong DIY ethic.
I'm in a few hardcore bands and studio projects. In live music I usually do vocals but in studio I'll play whatever. I also like to design posters, album covers, flyers, stickers, and most of the other shit my band's logos are on.
I've been running an all punk venue called The Garage since 2007. The venue is mostly active in the Milwaukee punk scene but we've seen our fair share of Madison, Osh Kosh, Appleton, and Keno/Illinois bands, among various touring bands. I started it up because I really wanted a venue close to home to play at, and I like to be active in the scene and give something back.
Most of the music I listen to is hardcore, old and new. I listen to a lot of local bands that play around here or come through on tour. Pretty much whatever demos they have with them. I'm really into Urban Waste, The Siege, Left for Dead, Crossed Out, etc. I like really fast angry shit.
sounds like a plan then! i think i plan on shooting it all in black and white 35mm print film. ill be able to scan in prints for you guys to put up online.
(i probably will shoot some digital too but that wont get turned in for my semester project)
ya dude u dont have to pay me, half of the guys are my good friends. a hat would be pretty sick tho haha. im shooting a series for school right now on the milwaukee skate scene but i havent written the proposal yet, so i could switch it to just a series on trash.
thanks dude i really appreciate it. the goal as of right now is to either get with a skate mag/ company as their photographer or with an advertising agency and handle promotional and commercial portraiture type stuff. we should skae and shoot some photos n stuff sometime.

i do, i'm just so busy with school work right now that i barely have
time for anything anymore. like, i'm in the process of trying to
complete all my hw, get my drivers license, lose 5 lbs, and start up my
own clothing line. also, i'm attempting to learn some breakdancing as
well, so i just sort of have a long going on i suppose. i barely even
eat or sleep anymore because i don't have time. but, learning to
skateboard is one of the next things on my list to accomplish. :D

well. i don't have a skateboard, so i can't ride at all. and you may not be able to teach me, but you could help me learn? haha. i've always wanted to learn how to skate. i'm just not very motivated. soo how old are you?
i suppose i'm fairly decent. i just finished my english homework, so that's a plus. now just 5 other classes of homework to do and i'll be in progress! (: so i can tell that you're a major fanatic when it comes to skateboarding? hah. you should teach me. >.<
I dunno, I think I have to work. Might tell the other dudes to go though. I've got tonight off for the MK Ultra show, so I don't want to ask for two Saturdays in a row. Dom
