I have been playing guitar and writing poetry since I was 15, that was 45 years ago! Finally in my forties I decided to form a band, Toadstool Bandits of Gilgamesh. The band went through musicians too many time. A C Myles played with us for a time in the Spore in the Basement days. I wish he had stayed, but his dream was a different musical path and we didn't have the heart to try and make him stay. TBG existed for seven years in one incarnation or another.
Since we broke up in 2002, and due to a major illness on my part, I didn't do much with my music until recently. I realized that we never get too old to play or to enjoy performing and will be glad when I get back on stage.
