Recording first album in september
The History of Aktarum begins in 2005 when TrollOur (ex : Nergal, Alasthor) and TrollAklass (ex : Lint, Nergal, Inocculta) decided to create a motivate group more professional than what they ever had had before.
They quickly found a drummer Trollent (ex-Stone under the tree) and after several weeks of inquiries Trollayd (ex-Nergal) and TrollToKill joined the group.
Making of their music a subtle blend of folkloric musical sounds with Celtics and Scandinavian influences and metal, Aktarum immerses you in a world of blood-thirsty but festive Trolls.
Month after month, the group accumulated dates throughout Wallonia (French-speaking part of Belgium) and shortly got more authority amongst Belgian Folk metal.
For intern reasons TrollToKill left the group and the four musicians carry on, still waiting for a new guitarist.
Aktarum drew attention in 2007 by warranting a first part of the group “Ensiferum” and by playing at the Cernunnos Pagan fest II in Paris with Eluveitie and Skyforger

Enregistrement de notre premier album en septembre
L’histoire d’Aktarum commence en 2005 lorsque TrollOur (ex: Nergal, Alasthor) et TrollAklass (ex : Lint, Nergal, Inocculta) décident de créer un groupe motivé et plus professionnel que ce qu’ils n’ont eu jusque la. Ils trouvent rapidement un batteur Trollent (ex-Stone under the three) et après quelques mois de recherche, Trollayd (ex-Nergal) et TrollToKill intègrent le groupe.
En faisant de leur musique un subtil mélange de métal et de sons instrumentaux folkloriques aux influences celtique et scandinave, Aktarum vous plonge dans un monde de Troll sanguinaire et festif.
Au fil du temps, le groupe enchaine les dates a travers toutes la Wallonie et devient rapidement une valeur sûre du métal folklorique Belge. Pour des raisons internes TrollToKill quitte le groupe, en attente d’un nouveau guitariste Aktarum continue son boût de chemin à 4.

La deuxième édition du Décibels Rock Festival aura lieu à Fontaine L’Evêque (B) dans un peu moins d'un mois, le 28 novembre prochain pour être précis.
