You are the most important member of the pack of forwards.You have the responsibility of keeping things tight at the back of the scrum.One slip and you could lose posession.However, you are also reasonably fit and must be relied on to make bracing runs up the field.
we had 10 out at practice last night, way to go ladies! we still need more to start showing up so we have enough for the Mother Tucker next weekend... get your buns out there! especially this next week here, we want to start going over field position so we need everyone out there to see where to put people... If you're planning on playing in the Mother Tucker then you for sure need to be there next week. let's do this ladies!

Hoping my ankle heals... but if not I'll be up there playing rugby again sooner than I had in mind. I love it here and love being a Marine but I miss my team and really, REALLY want to play. I have a rugby ball, anyhow, so as soon as I get out of this cast I can practice kicking at a rugby pitch nearby...I'd like to visit this season but it will probably be next year before I can come up in the summer. so i reviewed my paperplate award and noted that my name was not finished and my title was not finished... now that the wine is out of my system i believe i was being teased for NOT FINISHING something... jokes on me:) Love you all! I'll be back next summer! Great job on the banquet everyone!

I am so sad that I will not be able to make the next couple practices, I will be in Spokane all week. I will totally miss Rena's brutal nausea-inducing conditioning drills.
