   About Alalé
Alalé was formed in Galway, Ireland, in the spring of 2006. The band is comprised of five musicians, three Irish and two Spanish. Ciaran O..Donghaile and Fergal Walsh were taking part in Galway..s traditional music scene, playing in many sessions and collaborating with several local bands. Gabriel G. Diges and David Cardona arrived to Galway in the summer of 2004 searching for new musical influences that bring something new to their experience in the traditional music. The latest additions to the band are Stephanie Swanton, great singer and fiddle player from Dublin, who has been part of the Galway session scene for the last 6 years and Esteban Moreno, a very versatile guitar player formed in classical flamenco music and also part of the Galway session scene as a very powerfull DADGAD guitar player. This combination of musicians worked from the first moment when they started playing together in Irish traditional music sessions across the west coast. After that, they decided to put their musical ideas together into one project. That project was Alalé, a band combining different influences and styles. A lot of work was put into the project and Alalé was ready to record their first album Wo Japen recorded at The Forge Studio,Galway. Produced and mixed by Ray Diamond, great musician and experienced producer from Co. Mayo. Alale had the pleasure of counting with great guests for some of the tracks. Indian tabla player Rafael A., traditional Spanish percussionist Sara Gonzalez, flamenco guitar player from Barcelona Esteban Moreno and the bass player from Mayo Gerry Diamond. The result at the end is a mixture of different influences, textures and sounds that creates the Alale's organic world sound. Basing their sound on Irish traditional music, Alale use original compositions mixed with Iberian music, Mediterranean and oriental music. This creates Alalé..s characteristic and energetic sound. The live shows are powerful and intense, with different instruments and sounds mixing together. Since 2007, Alalé has performed over 500 times and sold over 3000 copies of their first album. The band has played in Ireland, Spain, Netherlands and Germany, having a great response from the audience and gathering experience for future gigs. From Ireland to Galicia, from India to the Mediterranean and back to Ireland, the band has a clear intention, make the crowd dance. Stephanie Swanton: From Dublin. She is very passionate about singing. Stephanie started singing in choirs at the age of 7 and in an early stage, showed a special interest for different styles, something that helped to create a very powerful and personal way of singing. At the age of 13 started playing the fiddle until now, being part of the energetic Galway session scene for the last five years. Ciaran O..Donghaile: Was born in Derry, Ireland. He comes from a very musical family of six boys and no girls! He started playing the whistle at a young age and from there moved on to flute and pipes repectively. After finshing a Higher National Diploma in Irish music performance in Donegal he moved down to Galway and has been part of the local music scene since, working with a number of different bands including Fius and Nabac. David Cardona: Hailing from Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, David..s first love was house and electronic music. With an interest to expand his knowledge in this area he went on to study musical recording and post production in Centros de Estudios Visuales de Madrid. It was here that he met Gabriel who encouraged his interest in world percussion from Ireland to the middle east!. David is constantly exploring and experimenting with new rythmes and techniques. Gabriel G. Diges: A proud Alcarrian, Gabriel spent seven years studying classical music with guitar and cello. His formation as a jazz guitar player and Bouzuki player came about in Spain, studing in different music Institutes. During those years he became involved with differerent folk bands playing mostly guitar and bouzuki, while also showing a keen interest in flute and whistle. Since his move to Ireland five years ago Gabriel has devoted his talents to flute, whistle and the Gaita. Esteban Moreno: Born in Badalona (Barcelona), Esteban's first musical endeavor was into the techno scene that was emerging in Barcelona at the time, and among other big cities around Europe. Having released a couple of techno tracks and while studying for his degree in Computer Science, he developed an interest in the guitar. It was in Galway that he met David and Gabriel. Having studied flamenco guitar up to this point, with the new influences of his future band members, he turned his attention to playing acoustic guitar.

siempre apoyaré a mi hijo
incluso en una locura como esta.

Muchas gracias por estar ahí.

Arriba te dejo una img de mi hijo x si no sabes quien es.
