The story of Tori Alamaze is ready to be heard. After originally recording and releasing “Don’t’ Cha” (now made famous by the Pussycat Dolls), Tori Alamaze finished up her debut album with Goodie MOB alum and Gnarls Barkley front man Cee-lo Green. With the original version of “Don’t Cha” getting spins all over the country and the single being sold to DJ’s everywhere, Tori Alamaze’s album was set to be released in May of 2006 by Universal’s independent distribution arm, Fontana. However, with the signing of the Pussycat Dolls, her project was scrapped before a video could be shot, and their version of “Don’t Cha” ended up reaching 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart as well as 1 on the Dance Charts for its club remix. Also taken from the CD was “Take Control” which was re-recorded by Amerie and peaked at 66 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart as well as reaching 2 on iTunes UK Top 100 chart.
Her story becomes even more compelling when her early days as a makeup artist for the likes of Brandy, Usher, TLC and more led to her singing back up for Cee-Lo’s The Soul Machine album. This in turn led to her singing and dancing for OutKast at the 2004 Grammys, MTV Awards, Brit Awards, NBA All-star game, and more, culminating in her signing to Cee-lo’s Radiculture Records. With a full page spread in Vibe, shows in Hawaii and Sweden in 2006, Tori Alamaze was primed to take the world by storm.
Tori Alamaze has since regrouped and will shortly complete her new “debut” album with all new songs, production by Cee-Lo, Platinum Brothers, and up-and-comers, and guest appearances by Mobb Deep, Cee-Lo, and Mika Means (partner with Kelis). Complete with 15 tracks of her often imitated signature sound, Tori Alamaze brings something to the table for everyone and is ready to shake the world up…again.

Much love for the add :-) I remember when u came to Columbia Records for your showcase - i used to work as the sound engineer over there. Glad to see ur still doin your thing.... Peace & good vibes :-)
Tori seems to be cool, although her pose appears somewhat synthetic, ala' hollywood; however, she is so attractive that it doesn't matter. fine sassy sister
Hey!!! Yea, I've been telling him the same thing! Since I've started my own company, I'm about to really get him together. I have him doing a lot of production and engineering for one of my artists so he can finally get the recognition that he deserves!!
What's up Tori. I just want to tell you again how I love your sound. Your tracks are unique, fresh and very different. Don't change for the mainstream because it would do you a disservice. Keep it real from the heart and you will always have a fan in me. I will always have your back. Much Love, Mello.
